CENTENNIAL Museum and Archive



CENTENNIAL Museum and Archive (CMA) is an independent branding project I developed for a fictitious museum inspired by my undergraduate research. The logo, workmark, and other guidelines I developed were thus built to support the following concept:

CMA, in addition to artwork, contains a special public-access archival collection with a wealth of art historical data in the form of print media, photographs, and even research publications.

CMA believes that “...both the galleries and archivalcollection contain information that allows the past to communicate with the present, and influence the future of our community and society at large. Thus, the very experience of CENTENNIAL is experiencing time itself.”
